With a capacity of 3.5 quarts, the KitchenAid Artisan Mini has 10 speeds to choose from. The tilt-head function allows for you to easily remove the stainless steel bowl while the lock function ensures the head stays in place while you’re mixing up a masterpiece. It also weighs less than the KitchenAid Classic stand mixer, so baking becomes less of a workout.
KitchenAid says the 3.5-quart capacity can mix up to five dozen cookies in a single batch. In addition to the mixer, you’ll also get the Flex Edge Beater, one dough hook, and one wire whip attachment.
